Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with Retrovivio. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
1. Free Trial
All paid plans include a free trial period (7 days for Essential, 14 days for Legacy and Family). You will not be charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without any charge.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund, email hello@retrovivio.net with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Eligibility
Refunds are available if:
- You request within 7 days of your first payment for that billing period.
- You have not used more than 10 AI restorations in the billing period (reasonable use).
- This is your first refund request for this account.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Renewal charges where the subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date.
- Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service.
- Requests made more than 7 days after the charge.
5. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current period. If you also want a refund, you must request it explicitly as described above.
6. How to Request
Email hello@retrovivio.net with subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your account email address
- Date of the charge
- Reason for the request (optional but helpful)
